1. Terms

"We","Us","Our" Shall mean Club Overload

"You","I" shall mean the user viewing this website

"user" shall mean the person using the service whether or not they are members

"the site","our service","this site" shall mean the ClubOverload websites (under the domains of www.cluboverload.com and www.cluboverload.co.uk) and any unauthorised copies, including but not limited to scrapping sites and web proxies.

2. Eligibility

For continued use (continuous browsing of 4 or more static web pages, or one subsequent dynamic page) of the website you shall be:

a) Human, and not an automated machine, robot or script (with the exception of popular search engines)
b) A clubber/raver, or interested in becoming one
c) Authorised (not previously banned or suspended, denied access or warned not to visit)
d) Clear of a criminal record of previous convictions and have no criminal cases outstanding

3. License

You are granted an exclusive, non-transferable license for the registrant's own personal use. Accounts shall not be sold, shared, swapped or freely donated, nor accessed outside traditional manual methods via computer programs or scripts. Anyone caught in infringing clause 3 shall be removed from the service.

Users with special priviliges such as moderators must take great care with their account security: weak passwords or disclosing password to a third party, or selling, sharing, swapping or donating their accounts will result in severe civil penalties under UK Law.

4. Member Conduct

All users must act responsibly. You agree not (including but not limited to):

a) to break any clause of these terms or applicable law
b) to use any data or information contained on the service without prior permission
c) to infringe Intellectual Property rights (trademarks, patents, trade secrets etc.)
d) to violate anyones privacy rights or other human rights
e) to attempt to interfere, damage or compromise our service via viruses, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, flooding attempts, packet spoofing, SQL injection attacks or other harmful code
f) to harvest personal and financial information on any user
g) to harrass, bully or intimidate any user
h) to use our service for commercial purposes or any other non-individual purpose
i) to use the service to post, submit, transmit, distribute and spread unsolicited email (spam), photographs of other people without prior permission and personal, financial and account information of yourself or others
j) to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may offend or violate any applicable laws

Members may not encourage, assist or setup others to infringe member conduct (as above)

5. Content and Restrictions

If Submitting any content to our site you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed and promote such content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world for any purpose.

You declare that you will not submit any content that is (or could be interperated as):

a) is libelous, defamatory or slanderous
b) contains sexually explicit content (including nudity) outside of designated areas
c) may denigrate any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious group by stereotypical depiction or otherwise
d) exploits images or the likeness of individuals under 18 years of age
e) encourages or otherwise depicts glamorized drug use (including alcohol and cigarettes)
f) makes use of offensive language or images
g) characterizes violence as acceptable, glamorous or desirable
h) contains any of your personal contact information other than your email address.

In the UK its an illegal offence to create, distribute or have in your possession pornography featuring any person in the world (regardless of their local law) who is under 18, even if they look older. Sixteen (16) is the legal age of consent for sex (gay sex is 18): any physical (photos) or software (pictures and videos) of nudity and/or involving sexual acts with a person under 18 is illegal.

You acknowledge that all submited content becomes copyright of ClubOverload.com when uploaded to our servers. - We may use your content around Cluboverload.com/within Cluboverload Company, without asking you!

6. Privacy

This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

7. Termination

The administrators, moderators and webmaster reserve the right to remove or suspend any account for:

a) breaking any rule in these terms, or
b) anything at our own discretion

Suspended accounts maybe be suspended as long as we see fit, until further notice or forever.

Users may request termination by writing to us and giving us 30 days notice. We reserve the right to refuse any requests.
